Great hotel at a reasonable price. Super modern; everything is controlled through an electronic panel. It's convenient, although it takes some time to understand how everything works. Everything works, including electronic curtains and blinds. The hot water is very hot and immediate (although the water pressure is somewhat weak). The staff is friendly at all levels. Good breakfast. Convenient location (5 minutes' walk to the metro 20 minutes to the city center). It would be nice, of course, to have some small extras, like a piece of good soap, bottles of pleasantly scented shampoo and conditioner, maybe even a plastic shoe horn or a little chocolate on a bed, upon check-in. But overall, it's a very good hotel. Recommended.

Pretty hotel, but boring and unfriendly
The hotel itself is very nice. Clean and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable. Free parking is also a bonus. But cons are that it's far from the city center. There's nothing nearby, not even cafes or supermarkets. The service was also not that friendly. I visited during storm Eunice, worst storm in years with trains and flights all cancelled. Because of this, I couldn't make it to my first night. The hotel did not do anything to accommodate this such as offer reimbursement or discounts for an additional night. Of course the weather is out of their control, but they could have been more sympathetic towards the situation. They told me if I extended my stay they would do so at the same rate - so charging me the weekend rate for a Sunday night. Went to another hotel instead and received much friendlier service at less cost.

This hotel was beautiful, omg the washroom had a tv which was niceee. It was clean and quiet. This place was perfect until it closed during my stay. I will ofc come back to this hotel in the future. The only problem was the TV was a bit difficult to use. But I loved my short stay at this hotel.

Despite numerous calls prior to arrival, the front desk staff was still not able to find my reservation from Expedia. This required a call from an Expedia rep to get me into my room. It was embarrassing and a waste of time.

Very pleasant
Room was very comfortable, nice desk space to work on with well placed plugs. All the lights (and curtains?!) are controlled by a fancy touch screen. Gym is small but you can make do. There are no free weights. I only ate a pizza when I was there and that was fine. Didn't look like there was much to do in the surrounding area but the metro station is 5 mins away and only takes 20 minutes to get into Amsterdam Centraal.

Great hotel, smart & modern.
Great hotel, ideal location just 5 minutes walk to the tram stop. Super easy to get to the Arenas. Will definitely look to stay again.

Amazing hotel and the staff are all brilliant! Very good location to the centre (only 15 mins by metro). Rooms are beautiful and the the hotel reception is also beautiful. Staff were very nice and friendly. The only problem we had was, we had a king bed in our room but had 2 single duvets and there was no dressing gowns.
