Luxurious and spacious penthouse (61 m2) in city center with free wifi.

Boutique B&B Nassau is located in the heart of Amsterdam, two minutes walk from De 9 Straatjes, five minutes from Leidseplein, and a fifteen minute walk from all the other tourist highlights that our city has to offer.

Boutique B&B Nassau has been recently luxuriously furnished and has fast free WiFi. The two bedrooms have very comfortable king-size box spring beds with soft percale bedding. They have their own television and air conditioning. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with luxury shower products and with its own toilet.

In the sitting and dining room that is located between the bedrooms, you can make coffee and tea or drink a cool Heineken.

Upon arrival I will go through the highlights of the city with you and we can devise a program if you wish. You can use a number of tourist guides (in English and French). If you want to visit a concert or a show, I can help you with this.

Boutique B&B Nassau is a smoke-free environment.

With its two king-size beds, Boutique B&B Nassau can accommodate up to four people, but is rented in its entirety. You are assured of your own comfortable place in the city.

The B & B is in a classic Amsterdam 19th century building (on the 4th floor), with its typical narrow stairs. The location is ideal. It is only a two-minute walk to all kinds of tram and bus stops. And also the direct bus from Schiphol arrives here.

Just amazing!

Marion is the sweetest and most gracious host. She helped us every way possible. The home is so VERY comfortable, especially for Americans. We LOVED the king size beds, the spacious bathrooms, and access to a small fridge with drinks. If this property is available you should 100% book it.

Most welcoming VRBO Host Ever!

The location is convenient with goodPublic transport in addition to having many good neighborhood restaurants. The penthouse is lovely - clean and cozy with lovely views including the host’s beautiful zen-like garden. Best of all, Miriam loves being a host and it shows. She provided lots of local information,helped us with local dinner reservations She gave us great advice on how to getThe most out of our visit. We would absolutely go back!

Fall in love with Amsterdam

The owner of this penthouse was amazing. So friendly, informative, and responsive. She made our stay just wonderful. We enjoy the apartment, the location, and fall in love with Amsterdam. We will definitely be back.

Great location and Marion is magnificent!

Such a great location! An easy walk to city center and 20 mins either way, gets you to some great areas. Marion was amazing, even helped pack our suitcases up the stairs. She also did our laundry which was so appreciated as we were heading out on a cruise after our stay in Amsterdam. I would highly recommend staying here!!

Great Old Town Location

I stayed here with my husband, my sister, and my sister's husband in June. Marion was fantastic! She was always quick to respond to every inquiry and went out of her way to make our check in process smooth. She even kept our luggage in her flat for a few hours after we checked out so we didn't have to rush back from a museum tour. The apartment was also beautiful and newly remodeled and the beds were comfy. We walked from there to the Anne Frank House, to a canal tour, and to the red light district and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommend!

What Else Can I Say??😀

Marion was absolutely amazing and the property was very centrally located and very clean. We believe Marion makes the experience that much better. The apartment is very cute and quaint, but be prepared as there are a lot of stairs, but well worth it. Would stay here again and appreciate, the hospitality.

Living like a local

The property owner, Marion, was absolutely outstanding. She gave us tips on what to see, where to eat and how to get there. She checked daily to see if we needed anything and that the apartment was clean. The two bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable. The location is excellent for seeing the sights and it felt like home after a hard day of sightseeing. The apartment is on the 4th floor but we didn’t have a problem even though we are in our late 70s. A lovely stay and a lovely manager.

A MUST in Amsterdam - the perfect B&B!

We stayed at this lovely B&B with our two kids (11 and 14) while vacationing in Amsterdam. The flat has everything you need and more. It is newly updated, the beds are very comfortable and spacious, you can walk or metro to anything you need, and there is even a public bus to the airport within a two min walk. Marion was the perfect host - she made sure we had anything we needed, she gave us recommendations on what to do, and she was highly responsive. She was amazing! This place is a MUST. We stayed in flats all across Europe and this was best by far!

Absolutely the best

Host is the best host I could ever imagine. We had several problems and she helped us solve them every time. The property is sparkling clean and beautiful. Many stairs but I just thought of them as exercise!

A truly wonderful apartment

This is a wonderful apartment which is so well thought out in terms of what guests need for a great stay. The apartment is spacious and thoughtfully designed, in a great location with lovely views over the canal and delightful garden, very well equipped with equipment, information and provisions provided by the host. The host is so warm and welcoming and was in regular contact both before and during our stay. Guests however, need to be aware that there are 4 steep flights of stairs to the apartment, though our host assisted with baggage. Overall, a lovely host and apartment!

Absolutely Perfect

This property was perfect! I would stay here again and again. Two king bed/bathroom suites. Perfect for two couples. This is not just a vacation rental, this is a Bed & Breakfast, and that difference was truly appreciated! Marion was a wonderful hostess providing fresh rolls & juice in the morning, transportation information, restaurant recommendations which we used, and suggestions on sights. The buses and trams are very close and very easy to use. Public Transport in Amsterdam is so easy. The location was perfect for walking around to restaurants and seeing the sights. Can't wait to return!

Wonderful upstyle penthouse.

Marron was so kind and generous. Our flight arrived early morning, and she had other guests, so we could not get in early, but she served us coffee and tea in her garden and visited while we waited for our walking tour to start. She supplies a generous and delicious breakfast. Eyes open, though is a penthouse with 4 flights of narrow stairs.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Amsterdam. Great central location. Marion is a wonderful host and the penthouse is beautifully appointed and everything is up to date. She provides pastries and a refrigerator full of food and beverages. We cannot recommend this highly enough. Our family of four was extremely happy here. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is four steep flights up to the apartment. If you are in good enough shape to make the climb, it is a prize indeed! Thanks a million, Marion!

Perfect, Perfect, oh and yes...Perfect!

When I read the reviews before staying I wondered how a place can sustain 10/10 over many reviews. Here's how! Perfect Location - Walk to the best sites, restaurants, neighborhoods within 20 minutes or take the tram with multiple lines withing steps of the front door. Ubers are also super cheap and fast.Perfect Layout - Two king size very comfortable beds. Super modern apartment with two great bathrooms (often difficult to come by in older buildings). Everything you need for coffee, tea, and a light breakfast. Marion will make you a full breakfast is you desire. Perfect Host - Marion is so incredibly thoughtful. She helped with the luggage up the stairs. She serviced the apartment every other day with fresh towels and more coffee. She can recommend and assist with all the sightseeing you want to do.Really just a perfect vacation!

A wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time and loved every moment in this apartment. It's gorgeous; every detail is of top quality and beautiful. Two large bedrooms each with their own full bath, tv, king size bed and large window and skylights. The kitchenette and dining room are lovely with room to eat breakfast, snacks and a little bit of wine. It was bright and airy and wonderful. This unit is lovely for relaxing in between touring and meals and Marion is a wonderful hostess. We found her to be incredibly friendly, helpful in pointing us in the right direction and trustworthy. I recommend working with Marion and staying in this apartment without any hesitation. It was everything we'd hoped for and even more. We booked somewhat late and were worried this was all that was left - instead we were so lucky it was still available. I highly recommend. Thank you, Marion!

Excellent stay in Amsterdam

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, grocery stores, canals, shopping, and we felt very safe. The rental is clean, well-appointed, modern and very comfortable. The only downside is the stairs if one has a mobility issue.

We had a great stay at this apt. Marion was wonderful and gave us excellent recommendations. We went to the Jumbo grocery store around the corner that took credit card. Apparently in Amsterdam grocery stores only take cash or debit card. The place was very clean and was in a great location. The only issue would be for older people with mobility issues. There are alot of stairs to get to the penthouse. We are in our 40's with two kids so we were fine. Otherwise the place was wonderful.

We loved our stay here! Not only was the location great and easy to access but Marion was warmly hospitable and helpful. The apartment was wonderful and yes, the stairs are a challenge with luggage but this is part of the memories. We will return!

Excellent stay

The 2 bedroom suite is completely renovated and is very welcoming, comfortable and clean. Our host Marion was there on our arrival. Took the time to make suggestions for things to see and local restaurants(excellent suggestions). Marion was very responsive and helpful. The property is in a great location, close to transportation and walking distance to most attractions. The only negative is the stairs to get up to the suite. We would definitely stay again.

Amsterdam long weekend

It was our first time in Amsterdam. Marion was the BEST! She was so kind and hospitable and gave us many suggestions on what to see, where to food shop, transportation, etc. The accommodations were beautiful and very comfortable for our family if 4. Amazing experience staying at this property!

We stayed here for 3 days, 4 nights and our stay could not have been better from the moment we arrived to when we left! The host is so nice and welcoming and provided recommendations for places to visit and even offered to make reservations for us. The apartment is amazing with 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of space for 4 people. Could not recommend this property enough!
