the owner Mark lives also in the apartment in his private quarters.The studio is located on the first floor.

outside from the studio is a big terrace which is a paradise in
summertime, with a tropical luscious pot garden.

walking distance from the studio to Central Station Amsterdam is about 15 minutes.
tram nr. 5 and 3 almost around the corner of the studio, and so are busses 18-21.
tram and busstops easy to reach from the studio.
The famous canals are on walking distance. So is the Anne Frankhouse.
tram 5 has got a stop almost in front of the apartment where the studio is located.
tram 5 from Marks studio stops a in front of the v. Gogh museum./ the Stedelijk museum/ and Rijksmuseum.
Most of the tourist attractions are on walking distance from the studio/condo.
The westerpark is one of the most popular parks of Amsterdam, due to the festivals and events and is located around the corner of the studiowithin a few minutes walk.
A number of coffee plazas/restaurants/ supermarkets/gyms/swimmingpool
and shops are also located. around the corner/area of the studio.
Going to Amsterdam Zandvoort beach during the summer months is easy. The train from central station takes only 15 minutes to the beach side.
The famous old district: THE JORDAAN with its hundreds of small shops and old intimate atmosphere is on walking distance from the studio.
The Jordaan also offers one of the most popular markets in Amsterdam: the Saturday market on the Lindengracht.
One of the hippest and popular little streets:
Haarlemmerstreet/Haarlemmerdijk is only about 5 minutes walk from the studio/condo.

The relaxt easy atmosphere of the area Westerpark is a delight.
Sleeping in the studio is a very quiet experience.
