Amazing way to pamper the family the night before returning to the states after a whirlwind tour of Europe. Only issue was an electrical short in the main light in our room. They compensated us by giving us an incredible breakfast.

Although staff were kind to upgrade to a room with lounge, had to deal with a roach on first opening of the cupboard. Rest was alright. Not a very cosy feeling room even for that size but overall clean and useful. Did not try breakfast as was somewhat on the higher end of pricing.

It felt quite unwelcoming that both the check-in and check-out staff didn’t speak Dutch, the national language of the Netherlands. Also, there seemed to be a shortage of staff when a large group of tourists came in during the afternoon and during breakfast when nearly all tables weren’t cleaned up. I did like the food and drink options offered at breakfast.

The hotel is well located for easy transfer with the hotel shuttle bus to and from the terminal for an overnight stay. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise in terms of the quality and range of items available and can satisfy even a vegan. Staff were friendly and helpful in answering questions.

Great hotel. Close to airport. We really appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport. It was free to the hotel and cost 12 euros for the way back. (2 adults and a child). If you want to go for an awesome walk along some cute canals there is a little town close by with restaurants and supermarkets. Maybe 25 minutes

We had a group of 3 so the room we booked was perfect. The room was plenty spacious and clean. Wish there was more lighting in the room but there was a mini kitchen space, microwave, fridge and kettle. The heating system worked fine. The shuttle to and from the hotel was great for a layover. (Free to hotel but small fee to return to airport, you buy passes at front desk). There is also a free water machine on first floor to fill up your water bottles. We did not purchase breakfast so cannot speak on it. We had an early flight and decided to eat at airport. Good choice for layover
