"Beautiful room and pool. Easy walk to lake and village. Staff very friendly and willing to help but we would have appreciated some details in the room about organisational issues eg that water would not be replaced in the room but was readily available at the bar. Would definitely recommend hotel for a quiet, restful break."

"Unique stay very peaceful great for animal lovers horses kept well (bring cash for horse rides) and staff are very friendly but as hotel guests the day trips were an unknown surprise the hotel offered meaning people coming and going using the pool and wandering around made it feel less relaxing in a small space. Food was lovely but more vegetables and offer of cous cous or some kind of accompaniment apart from bread would have been nice, same with breakfast no fruit or choices same every day. A nice place to stay for a short off grid stay highly recommend for families."

"A true oasis in the desert. Beautiful luxurious tents and idyllic quiet setting. Very friendly service. No WiFi across the site except in the relaxation room, which we actually loved to truly unwind and switch off. If you're driving yourself to the camp, I'd recommend a car that can handle driving off road."

"The poeple that works at this property are great. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was excellent. We arrange transfer to the airport it was 25 euros and we thought it was pricey plus the driver waa about 30 minutes late "

"Amazing stay! Worth every penny!! Very remote location, no road to get to it please take their transferts as the roads are really bumpy for a taxi car. Very beautiful location, luxirous tents and amazing views. Activity are a decent price so is the restaurant. The resort was full booked and we still got plenty of space by the infinity pool ans restaurants. Breakfast is included, little extra if you want breakfast in bed, but much worth it for the view.Its a unique experience and a must see"

Everyone, from the receptionists to the restaurant staff, was so friendly and helpful. Mohamed, the bartender, Lahcen, my tour guide, the girl from reception, and my waiter in the restaurant (I don't know their names) were the icing on the cake. They went above and beyond to make sure I had an unforgettable stay, and they succeeded beyond my wildest dreams. I'm so grateful for their kindness and hospitality. All hotels should learn from you guys! You've set the bar for hospitality excellence, and I'm so glad I had the chance to experience it firsthand.
