"This was a brand spanking newly opened hotel, so it as a few quirks that are usually needed to identify and work out with something new. Our toilet was not working correctly they attempted to plunge it and after identifying that it needed more work, my wife and I was moved to a better room that we was initially in. Other than that it was great"

When I tried to contact someone no would reach out to me. I finally got a response the next day at 12pm. Then they told me to get paper towels and cleaning supplies to clean myself.
