No tv in room no frig and no maid service during our 4 day stay. We were able to take towels down to lobby for fresh ones. Recommended for a no frills out of the main action type of spot. We would stay there again"

"The front desk and valet staff were amazing. The cleaning staff HORRIBLE! We were there for 3 days without our room being cleaned. Reservation was made for 4 people in the room. The room only had 3 sets of towels. For 2 days, 3 separate times we requested towels and washcloths. Finally received them on the the 3rd request. 2nd day, cleaning staff knocked and asked if we needed our room cleaned. I confirmed we did. Returned to the room at 9:30 pm. Room wasn't cleaned, our trash was full-plus extra trash we accumulated in 2 days, no towles/washcloths, no tissue or paper towels. Front desk told us she would send someone up to clean the room. Again returned to the room after about an hour to an uncleaned room however they took the trash, left towels/washcloths and trash bags on the stove! The lack of cleaning and necessities being readily available took away from the potential. The breakfast options were surprisingly good. The hotel is within walking distance of everything."
