"Elevator was not accessible to our room thus not functional access. After riding the elevator, we had to carry our luggage going down stairs then up the stairs to our room. "

"Not enough parking, even though there's an underground space. Clearance is only 6' so larger vehicles don't fit. Seems short staffed. They were polite but not very engaging. Building is clean but outdated and needs repairs. Location was pretty good, but overall I don't feel it was worth what we paid. "

"Awesome place for a couple of family to stay. They served sumptuous breakfast as well as evening cheese & wine. Spacious rooms with excellent bed and nice decor. We will certainly stay again when we are back in Monterey!"

"Bes was not comfortable room was lacking amenities, for example coffee cups drinking cups. I stayed in the room that has the Jacuzzi tub I could not get in the shower because of the way that it was made. It was definitely unsafe. I wouldn’t recommend this bed-and-breakfast to anybody room was overpriced for what we got. I’m very disappointed."

"AC didn’t work or keep the room cool. TV didn’t work, neither did the ice machine. Was offered a new room in the evening but during a rain storm. Nice location but not ideal."

"Location is great! Rooms are definitely a bit run down but didn’t mind that as much as the virtual kiosk reception desk. If you check in after regular office hours it’s all virtual with someone calling in. Just creepy and couldn’t help me with parking pass via FaceTime?"
