"A very nice Hotel with only 7 rooms but a really outstanding service and 'family' concept where the entire staff is striving to make your stay perfect and exceptional. A good place to relax and unwind including a super delicious restaurant. Only thing you have to be aware of, that there is absoultely NO tourism infrastructure around this place! Den tilhørende “restaurant” havde nærmest intet på menu-kortet, men vi skulle alligevel betale fuld pris. Området fremstod generelt øde og forladt (måske pga. færre turister denne sæson).

"The Cabanas was very spacious and nice. There is NO hot water for a shower which is not mentioned in the posting. There is not a separate "sitting area." The cabana is in a beautiful setting but you have to take a Tuk Tuk to town. It is next door to a restaurant. The breakfast is the traditional Sri Lankan Breakfast. Please note that they do not accept credit cards (which is poor) so you have to pay in local currency."

"Our stay was amazing. The accommodation is very beautiful, calm and peaceful. Everything was very clean and in perfect conditions. The accommodation is directly located next to a small lake and we saw some monkeys and peacocks.
The breakfast and dinner was great and the best food we had during our entire stay in Sri Lanka. It was very fresh, homemade and adjusted to our taste and dietary needs.
The host was very lovely, provided recommendations for activities, helped us planning our further...

"This hotel has basic amenities and it's proximity to the beach is wonderful. The service is exceptional and the people who work there are so wonderful. This is not a luxurious hotel by any means, but would I stay here again, yes I would. Basic comforts were provided, including a mosquito net over the bed and a mosquito repellant plug in (much needed for the third friend who didn't have a mosquito net over her single bed). We were upgraded to an ocean view room on a top floor (lots of stairs), so...

"What can I say about the best 4 nights/ 5 day stay at the stunning Uga Prāva? Impeccable, luxurious, relaxed, elegant, extremely friendly staff (Prem is one wonderful butler), delicious food. The attention to detail is on- point, everything from the seamlessly understated decor, to the gorgeous infinity pool, gardens, view out over the Indian Ocean, quiet, seriously comfortable suites, .. I could go on and on.

"Fabulous place!! The people here are so helpful and friendly! Well, it is Sri Lanka after all!! What a gem this hotel is, the spa treatments are fab and even though we didn't pay for meals to be included we have eaten most of our meals here, lovely!! Would definitely stay again. rooms are clean and spacious and the staff will supply you with anything you should need. Fab!!!"

What truly set the hotel apart, though, was the staff—every member of the team was warm, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. "Lovely hotel was being repainted as we stayed just out of season. The pool and restaurant were great and the staff were very helpful. Be aware the hotel is a little remote from anything else out of season and there no real entertainment around out of season, however the area looks like it would be lively in the season but please note the hotel is still a fair walk to the next bar or hotel and 20 mins to the main strip so tuk tuk will be required "

"If you want a little time in a luxurious place with great service look no further! Stayed there a few days as a little treat for ourselves and we really enjoyed our time! On-site restaurant with attentive staff, good room service, wonderful swimming pool with a view and the owners live on site and are very kind people!
Super close to Secret beach, a tuk tuk ride away from other great beaches... Recommend this place. Very new too so facilities are in great condition. "
