This is a family run hotel and you really do feel part of the family when you stay. The lovely reception staff knew our names and always had some helpful advice when we were planning our adventures for each day. Best location inside the national park. As well as to do the cruise to the grey glacier. Highly recommended for sure.

We had a perfect 5 nights at the resort. The views in the mountain rooms are spectacular and it’s lovely sitting on the deck having a drink. The staff are excellent, Simon, and everyone so nice and helpful. Great location to access the park and not to far from Puerto Natales. ….The border collies visiting was also lovely.

Loved this hotel even though we only had 1 night. Nice room, free waterholes and refill station. Amazing view. Breakfast was lovely and they started early as we were leaving on a tour. Ate at the restaurant fir dinner and the food was great. Only thing we had problems with was the room and restaurant needed a fan as it was unusually hit and the giant glass windows had soaked up a the sun and we couldn't get it cool.
