"Upon arriving to the property the first issue was the check in process. We were greeted with a locked door at the office and an envelope for me to sign and drop in a box. They wouldnt talk to us or answer any questions. Very impersonal and not friendly at all. We got to the home and there was a big Dog Turd on the carpet. None of us had dogs and didnt track it in so we are assuming the cleaning crew just lets their dog walk around the home unsupervised. The rest of the home looked ok though...
