The room was small but quiet despite how large the hotel is and the breakfast was good, lots of choice. You need to "book" a time to do that in the morning. "Very simple accommodation, check in restricted to 3-5pm (after which it closes) and zero WiFi signal. Bathroom was very basic and we had to put the sheets on ourselves. At the end of the stay they had to be removed, everything washed up and rubbish taken away. I'm not against this concept, but not for 700kr a night, out of season. This also wasn't made obvious when booking. For an extra 200-300kr you can stay in a decent hotel, including breakfast which made this very poor value in comparison....

"Very nice hotel, simple but comfy rooms, friendly staff, breakfast has all you need. Very quiet unless there is an event on board in the evening, which just happened once in the 5 nights I stayed there. Great location, right in the old harbour, just 15 min walk from city center. Sightseeing tours by boat are close-by. There was only one issue during my stay - reception is supposed to be open from 7 am to 9 pm, but in reality, mostly it only seems to be staffed in the afternoons when new guests...
