"Unfortunately this place is in desperate need of investment. The kerb appeal is very good but the jetty for example is falling into the river and not as pictured. The room wasn't very clean which is a great pity as the owner is very friendly. The food was lovely, we had both Breakfast and evening meals and could not fault them. It just a great shame that it is not as good as it could be. If the owner makes a investment in his property he could definitely charge more to stay."

"The property is situated in a peninsula in Kalutara on a road with almost no traffic, a pleasant surprise in such a busy (and wonderful) city. The beach is lovely, but not swimmable because of strong currents. The room was large and bright. The washroom was clean, and the shower was awesome. "В доме на 1-ом этаже живут хозяева, на втором два номера с общим балконом и столиками. Один с вентилятором, ну и простенько, как впрочем, похоже везде, вода горячая днём (бак нагревается на крыше). А вот второй номер уже с кондиционером, водонагревателем, пол - плитка, холодильник - никаких претензий. Wi-fi отличный, единственно, им занимается сын и в случае сбоя жди, когда он вернётся с работы. Он же организует прогулки по реке (скутер, лодка, тук тук, 2 байка в аренду, авто(трансфер)....
