Clean and spacious rooms with excellent amenities. All staffs including those at the reception, dining area, poolside, house keeping are exceptionally courteous, professional and ready and willing to help to make our stay extremely comfortable. Buffet breakfast has very good selection with attending staff. We will choose this hotel without hesitation when we visit Pasikuda in the future.

Rustic hotel accommodation right on beach, 10 minute drive out of Arugam Bay. Tuk Tuk accessible. Basic accommodation with wifi only in verandah of our unit (11), and in dining area. Lovely atmosphere and staff are very accommodating and friendly. Loved their Sri Lankan meals. It’s not 5 star hotel but the staff make up for it.

The location is superb, you are right on the sea, with a large pool and very polite attentive staff. The appartment itself was clean and the beds were very comfy. Our specific appartment was a little worn but serviceable we had some issues with WiFi and the cooker but the hotel has maintenance men who came to help. We were still very comfortable for our stay. The rest of the complex is very well maintained. Long story short it's a great location and complex, staffed by very pleasant people and I suspect some of the condo's may have very different levels or finish: I would still reccomend to all
