Unfortunately this place is in desperate need of investment. The kerb appeal is very good but the jetty for example is falling into the river and not as pictured. Die geräumige, saubere und gut eingerichtete Wohnung im 3. stock hat einen wunserschönen Blick in die Palmengärten. Drei Balkone bieten zu jeder Zeit ein schattiges Plätzchen.
