"Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. The room was also badly ventilated."

"The rooms were spacious and clean, and we were able to check in early which was very nice. The hotel had a bus stop a short walk away, and a short bus ride from the airport, in the middle of T3 and T5. Great location for a layover! "

"This is an excellent hotel if you have a layover at Heathrow Airport. Simply use the covered walkway to get from the terminal to the hotel. Also, there is a tube stop at Terminal 4 as well, so a day trip into the city from the hotel is easy."

"The staff was friendly and helpful, and guided us regarding the shuttle. I would like to bring to their notice that although cash was one of the payment options (among the stickers)on the bus, the bus driver refused to accept it."

"Inexpensive but really tiny rooms, with two large suitcases laid out in the floor there is no room to move."
