"The only downside for the Hotel and area was no parking at the site and no warning in advance. We came after dark and had no idea how or where to park. Once we found a parking spot and walked to the hotel, they told us where we should park, m. So I went back to the car and drove it to the parking garage. Notice ahead of time would have been good "

"This amazing gem is the best experience we have ever had in Europe. It is >700 years old, and so beautifully renovated and preserved at the same time. We stayed in two Comfort Double Rooms first night and it was lovely. And then moved to the Deluxe Apartment, perfect for a family of 4. The staff are warm and kind. The location was perfect as well, in the old Town and everything was within a 10 min walk. Loved it!!"
