Best and easy to use public transportation to the old town and Market square area for restaurants, shopping and attractions. Good value for money at this chain of hotels."

"This is a family run, first class hotel. The staff are efficient and friendly. The guest rooms we had were just first rate. A suite is really a suite. You cannot buy or manufacture old world European charm and hospitality. At this property these qualities are 4 generations in the making. This hotel never disappoints. "Property is nice, or room was very large and comfortable and well equipped. Staff we encountered were mostly the front desk staff. None of them were warm and friendly but they were all fully competent and very effective at their jobs. So I can't say the service was great but neither can I say it wasn't. I guess very effective and business like. Room was very nice by Germany standards."

"Staff was very helpful. They were friendly & knowledgeable. Room was clean. I liked the soaps & shampoo on the walls. One comment, breakfast was not included & was very expensive, especially since seniors do not eat that much to warrant the cost."
