"The hotel was very nice, clean, spacious and well decorated. The staff were all very nice and attentive. The hotel was very nice. The only problem I had was a very present loud buzzing noise that persisted throughout the entire night. It never relented. I couldn’t find the precise source to see if I could turn it off so I had to do my best to try to ignore the humming buzzing sound. It sounded like an alarm was going off somewhere in my room and couldn’t be tuned off. Other than the incredibly annoying buzzing alarm constantly sounding in my room, it was a decent hotel. "

"The stay was great, clean room, nice amenities. $200 will be held on hold from your bank or credit card account as a deposit upon check in. It will NOT be reversed upon checkout as was told by front desk. “Oh yeah, it’ll go right back there tomorrow when you check out!”. Not just a card on file for incidentals. I think this should be more clear. It wasn’t an issue for me, but people should be aware of how this ACTUALLY works. Honesty goes a long ways. While the room and everything else was great, there was a great degree of mistrust caused."

"The couch/chair in our room was gross.. the blanket on the bed had burn holes and white substance all over it as if it wasn’t cleaned properly. The first night we were there some people were screaming and fighting a little after 1am. Slamming doors and preventing me and my spouse from being able to sleep. The fumes from down stairs entry way remodel were horrible. If I knew there was construction being done I wouldn’t have booked there. Not really happy with how the weekend went. Poor"
