"The air conditioner was barely trickling out anything cold. When we woke up in the morning it was almost 80° in our room. The TV did not work at all. It's been a known issue for a while and they didn't bother to mention any of it on check-in. No discount was offered because we looked through hotels.com. I would never stay there again"

"Hotel and room was dated, but overall the same good amenities that you get at other Embassy suite hotels. The pillows were oddly small and the pull out bed was old, kids had a difficult night sleeping on springs pushing out of mattress. Overall everything was good."

"The good: pool, hot tub, breakfast and comfy bed. The bad: The room itself wasn't super clean with a couple of pieces of trash on the floor. The shower had hair from previous stay on the walls. The bottle for conditioner was empty and smashed and the one for shampoo was completely missing. (Attatched pics) I told the front desk and they gave me 3 tint bottles of shampoo/conditioner mixed. Not enough for 4 people with very long hair. She didn't refill or replace the bottles. The part if the lock that is on the top if the door was gone and the bathroom door didn't latch or lock. The still not good but ok: the beds were not made properly. Again, not a big deal but as a hotel, you kind of expect the beds to be made correctly. The door that opens to combine a neighbor door, the latch was broken and hard to open. There was never enough towels in the pool. We had to ask for more and the front desk was pretty rude about it and complained that she had just restocked them 3-4 hours ago. But there was a birthday party and obviously busy with guests swimming so not sure why the complaints."

"The rooms were nasty, shower sprayed water everywhere when you turn it on, we were eaten up by bugs, kids too. The elevator reeked of animal urine, microwave didnt work and although we got a smoke free room it still reeked of cigarettes. The tub didnt plug properly for kids to bathe. Had to clean the shower myself cause drains and shower head had sticky black stuff caked all over. Bedding was stained with what looked like neon pink marker, and some bodily fluid, that looked like dry blood or literal poop, there was what looked like semen up my walls. I took pictures of all the nastiness... The "heated" pool was ice cold and the hot tub was boarded up covered in big beetle looking bugs. The area the hotel is in is nice and convenient, but overall the almost 300+$ it costed was not even remotely worth it and I would've asked for a refund but had heard prior someone else be denied. I'm very disappointed with how down hill they've gone considering I've come here since a kid.. and im disappointed to see the complaints for the last 2 years and no change yet its being "taken seriously" more like NOT ."
