"I had a less than satisfactory experience during my recent stay. Upon arrival, I found that there was no front desk assistant available, which made checking in quite challenging. The property is situated in an office building and only occupies the 4th floor, which was not what I expected. Additionally, it is about a block away from the water, but I did not feel comfortable in the area while searching for the entrance. I reached out via email to request a passcode for entry, and to get help with...

"The hotel was close to the area we needed to be. However, our room was at the front of the hotel and was very noisy due to the club in the next building."

While Hamburg, in general, is very expensive this flat appealed to us also because it was one of the more affordable places.
