"This hotel was really fantastic compared to one I booked nearby two years ago which was really nowhere as good as this one (Hotel Furst Bismark). The reception people were extremely helpful with suggestions for places to visit, making sure that I liked my room, especially the receptionist who fixed the broken safe in my room and also arranged for me to get a taxi on the day that I weas leaving. To me, these reception went over and above to make my stay a successful one - AAAAAAAAAA+++++++"
