You have to communicate with them via SMS, email, WhatsApp. This involves check in and check out. "We got a lake view room with a balcony and it was gorgeous. We used our patio lots and loved the view. The AC worked great, the staff was helpful, and the swimming dock was great! One thing to note is that there isn’t parking onsite, but they will shuttle you over to your car in the place they have set up for guests to park (over near the train station)."
