He told me to sit down and enjoy lunch on him (he owns a restaurant by the same name)The owner charged me full price for my room and charged me for lunch- he never gave me a bill). Then said he would help me pick up my bags from my car outside the center of Matera. Instead he took me to an occupied apartment and told me this is where I’d be staying. "The motel is next to autostrada. The breakfast very poor and offered in the cafeteria in the basement with lots of visitors, which makes service extremely difficult."
