I think it may have been a language barrier issue as we don’t speak Italian and he doesn’t speak English and he didn’t have much patience for translating. "Extremely beautiful view and unique place however they charged us for using the swimming pools which is unusual and they didn’t tell us about this when we wanted to go in, during check out we found out that we had to pay. Expedia also doesn’t mention that the pool is 18+ and my twelve year old daughter was really looking forward to it and was later distressed when we were told that it was only for adults. "

"What a fantastic little resort. We were attending my son’s wedding near Bari and we found this resort and it exceeded our wildest dreams. We just wanted a few days after the wedding to relax and chill. The resort is only 9 rooms but that was ideal, as has masses of space and there were a range of activities on offer if we wanted and there is a lovely pool with plenty of shade. Outdoor dining for every meal if required. Great breakfasts and lunch and diner.
The reason I gave it 5 stars (which is unlike me) is the staff, great English, attentiveness and friendliness. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend if you and a peaceful, relaxing break. Grazie Mille!"

Parking is free and easy to find. The hotel picks you up and takes you into the city.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. On the day of our departure we needed to leave very early and they had a full breakfast ready for us and gave us a ride back to our car with no problem at all.
The location at the edge of the cliff is absolutely stunning and the views are unparalleled.
The rooms themselves are unique and very well appointed. The bathroom in our room needs to be repainted and the loft where the kids slept got very hot. But other than that we can't find a single fault with this lovely spot in a beautiful city!
