15 minutes from Salamanca, a World Heritage city, and 5 minutes from the Zarapicos Golf Course. Great variety of outdoor activities in their environment. Something more than a country house.

La Casona del Tormes, (Encina): 605 m2. 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. 12 beds (16 with extra beds) Private garden of 1.800 m2 and swimming pool.

The house has a fireplace, television and wifi.

All bathrooms have hand towels, shower gel and hand soap. In the case of stays of more than two days, a washing machine, drying rack and iron are available.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Pets are not allowed inside the house, unless express permission. They can be on the porch and in the garden.

Beautiful spacious property. Shower did not work in master BR. Minimal items in kitchen, no drinking water. Nice pool. A little hard to find outside of Salamanca.

Nos ha encantado la casa, es preciosa, enorme y decorada con mucho gusto. Las habitaciones son muy amplias. Las zonas exteriores están fenomenal y muy bien cuidadas. Por proponer algo, propondríamos manta nocturna para la piscina. En cuanto al personal que nos ha atendido, Isabel un encanto, nos ha proporcionado todo con mucha rapidez y el propietario, Luis, comunicación muy fluida en todo momento. Tanto adultos como niños, hemos pasado una estancia muy agradable. Recomiendo esta casa al cien por cien.

Gostamos muito da casa, apesar de ter encontrado algumas zonas menos limpas( compreendo que a casa é grande e no meio do campo...) Os espaços comuns são excelentes, no entanto os quartos, com exceção da suite, são um pouco simples demais e algo pequenos. O jardim também poderia ter mais zonas de sombra, o único guarda sol existente estava avariado.... Finalmente e ao contrário do que esperava pelos comentários, achei a empregada que nos recebeu bastante antipatica, especialmente na hora da saída.

Estuvimos un grupo de 18 personas, y la casa estaba perfectamente preparada para alojarnos a todos con total comodidad. Dispone de sillas y mesas grandes que nos han permitido estar todos juntos. La casa muy limpia. Tener dos salones (uno principal en la planta baja y otro arriba), con sofás de sobra y televisiones grandes ha sido un punto a su favor. El jardín, muy espacioso, incluía una piscina grande y profunda, así como una amplia zona de césped y barbacoa (lo cual es ideal para la temporada de verano). Isabel, la persona encargada de cuidar la casa, ha sido encantadora, si hemos necesitado hablar con ella estaba siempre disponible y nos ha ayudado con dudas que hemos tenido. Con Luis, el dueño, una comunicación fluida y muy amable. Sin duda, ¡esta casa pasa a estar entre mis favoritas para más fines de semana en grupo!
