"Marco at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! He was so friendly and helpful! I gave this a 3/5 because the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the next room and outside. Our little patio was very small and shared with another room. The other reason I gave it a 3 was because the pool was overtaken by screaming kids for hours ! understand that’s not the properties fault but there was a lifeguard on duty and no one took any ownership of the screaming kids, including the parents. There were menus for drinks and food, but no one came to serve the entire time we were there for service. No ice machine. phone did not work in room. There was a couple restaurants in walking distance one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had and very reasonable price . But not much to do in the area we were staying overnight pre-cruise and it served its purpose. We were only there for a night so if I was to stay there for two or three nights, I would’ve been very disappointed. We didn’t try the restaurant on site as the hours were limited and was a long day, but it did look beautiful The property is pretty and again Marco was the star of the property."
