Arrived at 0200 after flight delays and got checked in quickly without any problems. Reception staff all excellent from check in until check out. Lovely to have a drink on the rooftop, great view both during day and at night. Good choice of breakfast to start your day seeing the sights round Rome.

Found bed bugs in the room and staff had not helped at all. Alternative room provided did not have enough beds and I had to sleep on the floor. After all I have been charged normally. Overall the dirtiest and unfair hotel I have ever been.

It’s a really small hotel. It’s in a good area but amenities are pretty limited. It also has a very strong perfume smell in the rooms. If this bothers you stay away. The water pressure in the shower was also limited and we couldn’t get any hot water. The staff is really nice and they will help you get a cab.

Great hotel in a great location easy to get to from Termini. Breakfast was very good, room was a great size and spotless. Main sites easily walkable, especially the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
