Nothing major, just cosmetic. This is a safer working class neighborhood with a 24hr laundry, the Prospect Park Q & B station and a well stocked Western Beef Supermarket nearby. The free breakfast provided is your basic continental variety, but could use more protien options besides yogurt. The AC and in-room fridge stayed cold & there was plenty of hot water in the shower. "
