"Tudo, principalmente a excelente agilização por parte da agência em tentar com que tivéssemos uma melhor estadia depois da má experiência que tivemos nos primeiros dias na casa anterior devido a erros técnicos do próprio proprietário. Muito segura a casa, com ótima segurança, desde portas eletrônicas, a portadas, a grades, a alarme, ... Nas camas, são desconfortáveis e fazem imenso barulho, deveriam também de colocar mais camas de casal , uma vez que apenas existem duas e para famílias pequenas...

"The location was perfect, really beautiful property, close enough to everything we needed although we did have a car. Pleasantly surprised by the size of the garden and pool. It was really lovely and a bargain for the price we paid. Emails and service from the management were really good, they always replied quickly and were very helpful."

Alles tipptopp sauber. Sowohl innen als auch außen, incl. tollem Pool. Wir haben uns mit 9 Personen absolut wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir Fragen hatten war immer jemand im 24/7 Modus sofort zu erreichen. We had an issue with electric but this was dealt with in 15 minutes by the booking agent. "The property is in a quieter area of Albufeira but only a short drive from the main town or the very good Algarve shopping centre in Guia. The villa has everything you need including aircon in each bedroom and a very well equipped kitchen. The best part of the villa though is the amazing pool area that is so private with all the mature gardens surrounding it. Our kids loved splashing around in the pool whilst we chilled out reading a book or just enjoying the great weather. The only negative...

"We stayed for 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. The location is ideal for one of the best beaches, close to a supermarket and easy access for taxis or buses. The premium room was definitely worth the extra, we loved the ourdoor area and the views. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, everything in the room and hotel was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the bar and the breakfast service. It's hard to think of things to improve on. Definitely, at least from an outside look, one of the best in the area. Thank you for a lovely holiday!"
