Villa Saint John is an extraordinary property with stunning sea views, located just minutes from the region's best beaches and restaurants. Near an ecological reserve, considered a jewel of Albufeira, it offers the opportunity to observe birds in their natural habitat.



With 4 bedrooms (1 double and 3 twin rooms with separate beds) and 3 bathrooms (two en-suite), the villa offers free Wi-Fi throughout all areas. The fully equipped kitchen, with coffee machine, toaster, washing and dishwashing machine, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and refrigerator, is perfect for preparing meals while enjoying the panoramic sea view.



The spacious living room with comfortable sofas has direct access to an outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying a meal with a fabulous view. On the lower level, you'll find the pool (heatable as an optional extra), where you can relax in the sun and enjoy the barbecue for family gatherings.



Just 5 minutes by car, you'll find several renowned restaurants, including one with 2 Michelin stars, as well as a supermarket and golf course.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 9th to the 11th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
