"The property was great! The hotel staff were extremely accommodating. Absolutely loved our stay there. My wife came down with a cold and the farmacia was right around the corner. The staff would help me box up food to bring back to the room and the matre'd would ask me each morning how she was doing! The breakfast staff would remember the order I had from the day before. Just amazing service and sooo helpful. The property is about a 15 minute cab ride from the central market and touristy areas. We learned a lot from our cab drivers to and from the hotel. Be aware that wifi in the building can be a bit spotty so be sure to check your connections if you're on a limited mobile plan. The elevators are fast and super efficient. Can't say enough about thos property. Would stay again...or live there if they would let me 😊"

"Hotel was excellent. Rooftop bar very nice. Everything walkable if you dont mind doing loads of steps. If not no 19 bus went straight to the Old Town. Very clean, staff friendly and approachable. On the day of the half marathon breakfast opened early for the runners. On completion of marathon, the hotel gave runners free sweets, fruit and bottled water. The sights were spectacular. Only thing restaurant choice not brilliant around the hotel "

"Beautiful luxurious hotel, so pleased we chose this for the Valencia half marathon for its location to the beach and race start/finish line. Daily housekeeping, mini-bar restock and turndown service plus the choice of 2 outdoor and 1 indoor pools. Highly recommend! "

"Excellent and clean hotel. The location is amazing. If the community can build around the hotel, it would be a central location. Very easy to get to. Dining is very limited in that area. You will have to take a taxi into the city to get a better selection. Hotel is beautiful though. Highly recommend and will stay there again. "
