The property is new and very clean and well maintained. The rooms are small but manageable. There was no place to put clothes other than pre-set hangers (6, I believe) attached to the walls. No drawers etc. No luggage holder. If staying a short time, no big deal but I was there for just under 2 weeks. So the luggage was open on the floor the entire time. There was also no English TV which for a longer stay was a bit annoying. Overall though, I will stay there again. Very clean, good shower, nice staff.

Great place for solo travellers or groups. Excellent location so close to everything! Very clean facilities and bathroom is spacious. Hairdryer available from reception upon request. There is a water machine to fill bottles for free. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Reccomend you stay here in valencia!

Air conditioning wasn't working the first two nights. Couldn't change rooms as whole floor was out and it was fully booked at the time. Once it was fixed it was fine. Rooms are basic but beds are comfortable, no wardrobe as such (just a few fixings to hang up clothes but only a handful of hangers), and a couple of shelves.

Great location (everything within walkable distance, supermarket right next door and 10 mins from subway) Friendly staff Clean room Nice shower Good AC Comfy bed The coffee machine and vending machines in the foyer are a nice touch We weren’t bothered about cleaning not being included, just cleaned the room ourselves and got fresh towels from reception. Minimal storage but not an issue for us as we just had a small suitcase each. Basically feels like a nice, private student accom room. Would reccomend :)
