"So handy for tge airport. My one complaint - I am 5' 3" and while middle aged, consider myself fairly agile. Getting in and out of tge bath for my shower took effort and made me nervous; the bath is VERY high!"

"We were lucky enough to stay with the athletes for the Commonwealth Games. As part of the VIP we had access to the lounge, unfortunately they didn't have any child's drinks other than water and no allergen friendly snacks in here. Plus they removed the TV so we couldn't watch the games from the lounge and instead had to watch it in Reception. The room was clean, however for a room to fit four people there was not enough storage space or chairs. We couldn't put our clothes anywhere for our long stay. The fridge was also not cold in our room and bottled water not replenished every day. We received vouchers for drinks due to our room not being ready until 4.30pm, however this didn't benefit us as we didn't use the restaurant in our stay. A nice hotel and room for improvement. VIP area was not worth it on this occasion."

"The staff in the restaurant go above and beyond and are friendly and welcoming. However the receptionist who "wecomed" us was more interested in telling us what we could not do, having arrived 30 minutes before check in time. We did not ask for any early entry or ask to leave our bags, simply wanted to know where we could go for a drink/coffee until check in time. No such information was offered just reiterated that we could not get in to our room. A less than welcoming welcome."

Lodge on Loch Lomond Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"The room had a balcony with a panoramic view of the Loch! We sat out there every day/night sipping wine and enjoying the beauty of the Loch and the surrounding hills. A 3 minute drive to the quaint village of Luss and the local shops and restaurant made this hotel the perfect place to stay. The rooms were spacious with easy access to the beach and the restaurant served excellent food! We definitely would stay here again!"

"This hotel is in the centre of Glasgow and within easy walking distance to the central train station, bus routes and shops and bars. We felt safe and it was easy to walk around at night and during the day. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and it met all our expectations and we would stay there again."
