"Comfortable and cozy"

"I really enjoyed this property. The gym/pool table room was huge! And so well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen was modern and also very well equipped. Couches comfortable. Shower/jacuzzi was a little quirky. Water came out HOT or COLD. No warm or jets. Maybe a house manual would help! But overall AWESOME! would def come back!"

"Our family of 6 were in town for a kids sporting event and this space was perfect. The rooms are spacious with tons of storage. The vintage feel isn’t normally our style but we loved it and it was in great shape and so so clean. We got to see deer in the back yard and the neighborhood was quiet and close to anything you would need as far as shops food and grocery. Hosts made communication easy and I knew I could get ahold of them with a simple text message."

"Beautiful home. We loved the attic area with the swing chair and the cool lighting. The toiletry bags on the beds were very thoughtful and definitely a nice bonus for our stay. Very nice location as it is within walking distance of a lot of places to eat and drink. Excellent communication from the host as well!"

"Two older couples, friends of 40+ years , we try to do a getaway a couple times every year. Batavia has always been our half way between spot. We usually do a motel. This was so much better! It is so close to everything, and we were so comfortable! We will definitely be back again."

"The listing stated that there was 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 full We had 3 couples with us and this listing of the sleeping arrangements were inaccurate. There was a king, a full, and 3 twin beds. This made for sleeping extremely difficult. Had we known the accurate sleeping arrangements, we would have made different accommodations. The house itself was clean and beautiful, it just did not accommodate for the size of our party."

"We booked both upstairs and downstairs units for two families attending a swim meet. Beautiful home, gleaming hardwood floors, tastefully decorated. The furnace downstairs stopped working during our stay. Owner was super responsive. When he couldn't fix the furnace right away, he found a comparable home for us to relocate."

"Overall it was a nice comfortable house to stay a few nights in. Buffalo as a city is...rough...the area isn't the nicest but the inside of the house was nice. Washrooms were clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen was nice. Parking right out front which is convenient. Short Uber ride to the casino and KeyBank center. Will stay again in the future. "We stayed one night for the Luke Combs concert and we had one hiccup when we came back from the concert but I called and they answered right away and got us a solution. The place was very clean and we enjoyed our stay."

"15 mins after entering the property received complaints from owner. Tried to add rules and stipulations after receiving my money and contract was already signed, and made me feel like there was a violation of my privacy and rights, as well as racial profiling. Sent messages to me at inappropriate hours up to 2 am. Will not book again as I was very uncomfortable with treatment during the stay."

"This home is very spacious but cozy at the same time. The centralized kitchen served a family of 6 very comfortably, and the sleeping areas were great. Easy to find and a short drive to great places to eat and drink! We recommend Duff’s famous wings—they didn’t disappoint!"
