About this property
420 Friendly 3 bedroom upstairs apartment. Street parking only.
- This ~1300 sq ft. 3bedroom 1 bath apartment is minutes from downtown Buffalo NY full of entertainment . Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. House is on a quiet residential street with limited street parking. Very friendly neighborhood.
Main bedroom features a queen size bed with a 44 inch smart TV. The other 2 bedrooms feature twin size beds each with a 42" Roku Smart TV. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and cookware available. Free Wi-Fi provided. Covered front porch with patio furniture. A/C available. 50" inch Roku smart TV in living room as well. HEPA filter air purifiers in dining and living room.
I live downstairs. Lock boxes ensure there’s no need to coordinate schedules for self check in.
Home is cleaned and sanitized after every stay.
No cigarette smoking in apartment, outdoor on covered porch only.
420 friendly consuming inside apartment.
