Room did not have hot water for almost 12 hours our first night there. It was difficult getting expedia in touch with the hotel. The number expedia has for the hotel is incorrect. Also, the jacuzzi was the only reason we booked the room. Not only dis we not have hot water but the jacuzzi did not ...
