Villa Francesca has an ideal location, just a few metres from the nearest beach and a few minutes by car from the coveted historic city of Alcúdia, where you can find all the essential services to enjoy exceptional holidays. Countless restaurants, souvenirs, water attractions, medical centre, police and all the services you can imagine will be within your reach. Villa Francesca offers you all the comforts for a pleasant holiday. This house is the ideal option for all guests who want to enjoy a peaceful holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of a city, but at the same time close to all services and amenities. The best of all are the crystal-clear water beaches that can be accessed on foot, just a few minutes away from the house. Inside, on the second floor, the house has an impressive living-dining room with high ceilings, spacious and very bright with access to a beautiful balcony, with sea views, where we can share dinners and meals with family and friends, the main bedroom, located on this same level, has an en-suite bathroom. On the lower level, we find three double bedrooms and a bathroom, between the two floors we have a laundry room and a fully equipped kitchen, renovated with high-end materials. Air conditioning from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.Welcome to Villa Francesca, located in an unbeatable location near the most desired beaches of Mallorca, Alcúdia, Pollensa and Can Picafort, your holiday home in the north of Mallorca.Information to take into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Nice apartment only a few steps away from the sea and with a great view from the terrace

Nice apartment only a few steps away from the sea and with a great view from the terrace. We stayed there with a group of friends and had a really good time. With 4 separate rooms and 3 bathrooms its the perfect apartment for a bigger group. Make sure to rent a car as the apartment is not connected to any public transport.

Quiet location but within easy walking distance of the beaches.Spacious property. Welcome pack of dishwasher tablets etc. Mattresses were thin and not good quality which didn’t make for great sleep.No tea towel in the kitchen for drying pots.

This villa was perfect for our extended family of 8

This villa was perfect for our extended family of 8. It was huge with spacious communal areas, roomy bedrooms and having 3 washrooms was great. The place was spotlessly clean even all the dishes and glasses were sparkling. The location was great, out of the way but as we were there for the 312 ride so not too far and a good location to explore the island. Would recommend hiring a car to explore. Sealand villas were always responsive, even dropping off additional items we needed. For The price it was also amazing value for money. So all round very happy!

House is big, 4 rooms. But there is no public transportation neither a market in a walk distance. You need a car.The kitchen is well served, but there us bo way to eat there. So you need to transport all meal from kitchen to dining roomIt’s quiet and close to the beach

Bliss by the sea

The Villa was in a great location very close to the sea and a short walk to three different beaches. We had a lovely view of the water from our balcony and it was very quiet. The kitchen was new and was well equipped for what we needed. The bedrooms were well proportioned and the AC worked well. The bathrooms were modern. The open plan area was a good size and comfortable for the size of our group. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return. Better quality outdoor furniture (the couch area specifically) on the balcony would be a welcome addition. While the beds were fine better quality beds would also be a welcome addition.

la casa es muy grande , limpia y con una ubicación magnifica, zona tranquila , sin problemas de aparcamiento junto al mar.La única pega es que en una de las habitaciones no paraba de sonar ruido de agua (parece ser que debajo hay un aljibe y debía haber una fuga importante), lo comunicamos por teléfono después de pasar la primera noche (sin poder dormir apenas del ruido que había) para que lo supieran y pusieran solución y no volvió a haber respuesta de nadie, al final hubo que trasladar las camas de esa habitación a otra porque fue imposible dormir allí .Por lo demás todo muy bien

Séjour très agréable

L’emplacement était très bien, calme avec de la verdure et proche de la mer. La vieille ville d’Alcudia est très jolie, bien desservie par les transports en commun, l’environnement est magnifique. Il manque des équipements vaisselles (essoreuse à salade), plats de service, couteaux de cuisine, pinces à linge, rangement dans les chambres et salle de bain, torchon dans la cuisine, tapis de bain de rechange, ameublement de terrasse pour pour 8 personnes insuffisants. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas.

Cicha willa nad morzem.

Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, cisza, blisko nad morze, czysto. Dobre miejsce dla kilku rodzin. W zimne dni można grzać klimatyzacją. Brak wieszaków we wszystkich łazienkach, dwa które były od razu odpadły. W przypadku brzydkiej pogody nie ma gdzie suszyć ręczników a nawet ich powiesić. Przydałaby się też półka pod prysznicem pod kosmetyki. W dwóch łazienkach wypadające kurki do włączania i regulacji prysznica.

Sehr geräumiges Haus, ideal für unsere Familie mit 3 Kindern. Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber viel Charme und wir können es weiterempfehlen. Besonders gut: top ausgestattete Küche, essennauf dem Balkon auch für grosse Familie möglich, viel Platz, 3 separate Badezimmer, mehr als genügend Frottierwäsche und wunderschöne Lage!

Het was een ruim huis

Het was een ruim huis. We hadden elk een kamer en badkamer. Alles was heel net. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Goede bedden die opgemaakt zijn en ook handdoeken voorzien. Een basispakket ( handdoeken, vaatdoek, toiletpapier, peper,zout,olijfolie... ligt klaar. Als er 1 iets is, maar detail: de haardroger was heel klein. Eentje werkte niet. Dat zouden we uiteindelijk van thuis meegenomen hebben.
