Отдыхали в отеле с семьей в сентябре.Номера старые, необходим капитальный ремонт. Территория ухоженная, много деревьев, кустарников. Бассейны чистые, неглубокие. Хорошая развлекательная программа для детей, для взрослых по вечерам живая музыка.Завтраки и ужины великолепные, много морепродуктов и сладостей. Не понравилось то, что если берешь только завтраки и ужины, то на ужине все напитки платные.(сок 2.60eur, бокал вина 5.90).Уборка каждый день с заменой полотенец. Взяли обычный номер-апартаменты, но нам дали с видом на море по той же цене.

Für Familienferien einfach top. Die Buffetauswahl ist riesig. Die Poollandschaft grossartig und die Lage top. Das Upgrade 25 Euro ist zu empfehlen, All Inclusive. Hammer!!!

Das Blanca Appartement im Haus 6 ist sehr alt und nur über eine enge Wendeltreppe zugänglich. Nach dem Zimmerwechsel ins Haus Nr. 2 hatten wir dann doch noch tolle Ferien.

Fantastic hotel

Great place, we stayed in apartment and were half board. Food was good with plenty to choose from. Hotel is right on the beach with shops, bars and restaurants just outside the hotel. There are 3 pools - one quiet, one for kids and main pool with entertainment, so take your pick! Maid service every day, they even wash up for you! HB and had bottles of water in room every day. Hotel is great for couples and families. This is our 3rd time at this hotel and we would definitely go back again!

Es war ein toller Urlaub. Unser gebuchtes Apartment mit Meerblick ein Traum. Der Check in war einfach und unkompliziert, genauso beim Check out. Das Personal durchweg freundlich. Das Essen, Frühstück und Abendessen, war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker.

Great hotel but rooms need updating.

A great hotel for families, with great facilities, good entertainment and the best food I've had in an All Inclusive hotel. Also great location right on one of the best beaches in Europe and staff are very friendly. The only issue with the Hotel is that the rooms are very dated. Furniture belongs in the 90s and kitchen area has limited facilities. Rooms are a great size though. If you stay ensure you visit the Epcot Bar down the road, with very friendly staff and good value.

Staff were great - the hotel was fantastic. Rooms clean and very spacious. Food was amazing. This was our first family holiday with the kids and I am so glad we went here. Highly recommend!

The best feature is the location on the beach, and the beach is excellent - fine white sand, clear water with almost no waves (being in a gulf). The staff was friendly and helpful, but the information provided was not always complete - e.g. I purchased the dinner package but nobody mentioned that it does NOT include the self-serve drinks in the buffet area, so I ended up in a very unpleasant situation with the waiting staff... had to buy a separate dinner drinks package... Also, the description on the site is not quite accurate - the so-called beach bar, chairs and umbrellas are inside the resort property, not really on the beach. If you want to be on the sand that's a public beach, and 2 chairs and an umbrella will cost you 13 euros per day (we preferred to buy 2 umbrellas for 10 euros each and give them away to a family with children when we left). Also, "snorkeling nearby" means that the place to book a snorkeling trip is nearby - the shallow, sandy waters are not enticing for marine life, nothing to see underwater in walking distance. The entertainment was OK, nothing to write home about but not bad either.

Good location. Nice beach for kids to swim. Decent Pool. Many events organized for adults and kids. Reasonable food. Bus stop situated right in front of the hotel. Many super market nearby. Staffs are very friendly. Very narrow stairs to carry big luggage. kitchen utensils were poor. No knife, pots, cutting board, etc. Only spoon, fork and 1 frying pan. This should be improved. Other than that, the stay was generally satisfactory. Would visit again.

Great family hotel, close to the beach

A fantastic hotel. Excellent onsite staff and entertainment for children and adults. Swimming pools suited us down to the ground and with the beach right outside the hotel it couldn't be better placed. Alcudia is a great resort well suited to families. We had breakfast included which was lovely and upgraded to ll inclusive for 2 days at the end which gave us drinks, lunch and dinner which were also really good. We ate out most nights and there is a really good choice of restaurants nearby. Hoping to return next year.
