"Comfortable beds and pillows. Good bathroom and clean. We had a problem with the heating in our room and staff were very obliging in moving us to another suite which we appreciated. Handy to centre of Albury and quiet"

"Cleanish, could you a spruce up. Carpet and walls need a scrub but overall ok. Room facilities were great. Central to restaurants and walking to all shopping. Haircut downstairs was terrific. Certainly would stay again."

There is not a hotel ive stayed in that i enjoy more, for the quality of staff and friendly service that you encounter.
A beautiful family run bussiness, whose quality decor take you to another era.
Their restaurant serves quality food at a nice price.
Am excited for when their indoor salted hot pools are back up and running.

Very friendly staff members at the reception. Location of the hotel is average- around 10min walk to the main street. The hotel has an amazing restaurant with excellent food, great bar & drinks menu. The rooms were large and had ample space. Large bathrooms. Excellent hotel.
