The staff was very friendly. Coffee was actually really good. Good creamer options. Breakfast had great options. Staff kept it restocked and allowed guests to finish even after 9am. It does have a very small bathroom and elevator sounded very old. Overall, stay was nice, clean and comfortable. Thank you! We’ll be back.

Positive: -Comfy bed -Clean room, modern -Nice bathroom: shower pressure, bath products, etc. -24 hour coffee in the lobby (no coffee maker in the rooms) and citrus water (cucumber, lemon, etc.) Negative: -LOUD doors, because they're heavy, you hear every slam -DARK rooms, some nightstand lighting but no overhead lighting so very dark. Additionally, the lighting in the bathroom/sink area is a terrible, dark fluorescent, not flattering -No option for fan only (it's either AC or heat) so if you would like to sleep with a fan for white noise or for staying cool, not going to happen -Pets are allowed, so you might hear some dog barks

Our room was handicap accessible. Our room was large and the bed very comphy. The front desk person was wonderful. We did not have toilet paper or even a holder. We were on the third floor and found out when we got to our room no ice bucket please go to the front desk. No ice machines on the second or third floor. The tv was mounted at an angle that was difficult to see from the bed. We had a bar of soap and body lotion. No shampoo or rinse. The fridge and microwave were in a consolidated unit that was too far from the outlet, so we rearranged the room to plug it in. Breakfast is provided and fresh even after not arriving early. Would recommend, just a heads up.

Had a nice stay with the family. Room was updated and very clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was nice. Only downside was I paid twice as much for the 2 bed queen suite room. The TV in the extra room was not connected so the room wasn't usable.
