Apartments are basic but clean and only 10mins from main strip and beach. Swimming pool area was clean and dead on.

Good location, rooms were large, beds comfortable. Cleaned daily although not always fresh towels provided when dirty towels placed on floor. Fan in room was sufficient but wouldn’t like no air con in warmer weather and only use of fan. We were in room 97a superior room had power cut two days in a row, the electricity tripped would have expected maintenance to find out why tripped instead of just putting switch up. Happened two days I hope they sorted for next guests using our room. If you get a problem in the night like no electric you have to wait till 8am morning reception to sort. No phone in room for reception when I rang hotel reception number I was told they didn’t have rooms like mine so had to walk to reception ( had problem with mobility so this was not helpful)especially as the person on reception was the same person I had spoken to on the telephone! Taxi via hotel €30 to villamoura but taxi back from taxi rank was €20 this was after midnight. I would go to taxi rank to get taxi and not book via reception.
