The property itself is beautiful—charming Venetian architecture, elegant interiors, and thoughtful touches everywhere you look. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, yet only steps from gorgeous canals, cafés, and some of the city’s best sights. Waking up to the sound of the water and enjoying breakfast by the canal felt straight out of a movie. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, blending modern comfort with classic Venetian style. The bed was incredibly cozy, the bathroom spacious, and the views… absolutely stunning. What truly sets this hotel apart is the service. Every staff member I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help—whether it was offering local recommendations, arranging transportation, or simply greeting me with a smile. "Location was very convenient. It's right across the Mestre train station. Bus stop to/from the airport and Venice is also in front of the hotel. Not so beautiful ambient around the hotel (next to the station), however we didn't worried about it since the bus stop is less than 1min by foot. Our triple room was very spacious. The building itself was a bit aged, but the room was very cleaned. Receptionists were nice and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good and wide selections. "
