No carpet or tile. I was literally making coffee in the morning on a bare garage floor. Appliances and most items looked new. Heating unit in kitchen made a continuous weird noise I finally turned it off. Water had air in the lines and spit water. Hand soap in bathroom was gross. Upstairs loft is dark...
