"The staff were nice and the room was clean. We stayed there on a birthday weekend so the kids could play on the slides and the parents could use the hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub was broken. That was disappointing..."

"We loved this little hotel. The linens and towels were plush. The room was quite spacious. I had spa services which were booked last minute and were excellent. My husband climbed Mount Washington- pro level mountaineers only- the crazy weather is a thing. The free breakfasts were indeed free and a proper made-to-order meal not some stale muffin. We made friends in the hot tub and the pool is heated enough for year round use. It wasn’t fancy- but it was exceptional in its own right. We’ll be back."

"Turn right. Always seems to do very well. I know they have maybe some minor issues with a few of the rooms, but overall the price you can't beat the location. You can't beat the breakfast in the morning. Is not bad, it's not the greatest, but it's very good for what they offer. Overall, this place, does everything the way you want a small hotel to be in a safe area"

"Even during renovations, this is one of my and my wife's favorite places to stay. We've been there multiple times going back over the past 20 years. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Due to the renovations we were given a room upgrade that was beautiful. Staff were very helpful and responsive. The food was outstanding. My only regret is that people don't dress for an elegant dinner like they used to. My wife and I and one other couple were dressed for the occasion. But that's not the hotel's fault."
