An awesome experience

The property was clean, spacious and accommodating. We visiting Albany for a family reunion really enjoyed the time we spent in the house. We are looking forward to revisiting the property in the future.

A Queens Family

My family visited Albany in support of our ASU student, an ASU queen, during homecoming weekend. We arrived late Saturday evening with the porch light on awaiting us. We walked into a beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean home. The owner was accessible and friendly, and his house keeper was AMAZING!!! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property and stay there again!

Thanksgiving family trip

House was more than enough space but there is room for improvements (no bashing just truth) kitchen floor has cracked lvf flooring (unrepaired subfloor) a/c heat was good but filter wasn't new because our allergies caught the dust blown in by heat. Bedrooms were nice but master bedroom bed frame and extra mattress is too high(adjustable bed frame mechanism is set wrong, you have to press foot up to raise head & press head to raise foot. Den seating is ok but too low for me. Need towel bars in bathrooms. Kitchen cooking accessories pots/pans etc. for big family. Also needs at least one nightstand in each room

Comfortable

Overall, the property was an excellent place to stay. The neighborhood was very quiet. With a few adjustments, by the owner, the property would be superb. For instance, step stools for the beds should be in each room and maybe a chair for each room.

Two night trip

My 66 year old brother graduated from Seminary school at Civic center. This home was in a quiet neighborhood less than 10 minutes from center. Home much bigger than we expected. Beds were comfortable & had two areas for relaxing. Perfect for our needs. Would recommend for our friends & family..

Home away from Home

This property is absolutely charming. From the decor to the comfortable beds. We were in town for a family reunion and this space was perfect! We were able to get some cooking done for the Sunday family dinner instead of everything being rush, rush, at the facility we were hosting our reunion at. The neighboorhood was extremely quiet and welcoming. We felt safe, especially since Demetric has taken security precautions very seriously. On top of that, he is very personable and made sure everything was good for the stay. I would definitely stay again, and higly recommend this property.

Family Gathering

I had family come in to town for my birthday and we stayed here because it was close to the venue where the party was held. We loved the spacious layout of the house and the yard. And we plan to stay again soon.,

Funeral

Family and friends attended a funeral. We really didn't get to enjoy the house because of the short stay. There was also a hurricane approaching which shortened our stay even the more....but the property was Beautiful! We will definitely use again if available.

Nice!

The pictures online did not do this home justice. This home was nicer than the pictures online. We enjoyed our stay except for the Rooster. LOL! The owner worked with us when I made a scheduling mistake. His response were rapid. The only thing that was missing there are no bedside tables and not enough plugs. There are also no end tables in the front room/family room/Den. The only table was the small glass table in the kitchen. Other then those minor things everything else was PERFECT!

Nice clean place to stay

We liked the home and the beds were comfy. Neighborhood was pretty quiet (though someone there owns a rooster). Nice layout, plenty of space for the 4 of us. Only complaint was that the internet service was spotty. Owner was nice and responsive.
