Was an ok hotel but should be 3 star not 4. Have stayed at 5 4 star hotels this year and this was not on the same level. Food was nice and location good. Room was more of an issue as weather poor when there, would have been fine if were out more. Staff nice and no issues though and cheap so good enough value.

We go every year to the Valentin and in 25 years standards have never dropped. We love it and Menorca

Solo Trip
Posted 25 Sep. 2019 on HotelsAll the staff were really friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely. Breakfast and dinner were great - so much choice. Helpful to have the beach shuttle bus!
Would recommend as somewhere to completely relax, I’m already thinking of rebooking

Great staff and facility; enjoyed indoor warm pool; outdoor pool too cold for nearly everyone. Buffet was good: fish and dhicken dishes good; beef was not good. Large selection so possible to always find something acceptable. Impossible to have plain water with evening meal. Convenient bus to one of the best beach in Menorca ; be aware bus to beach takes 2hr siesta.

High levels of cleanliness. Staff very helpful and friendly. We were particularly lucky in that we were in a newly refurbished room which was exceptional.
Food had a wide variety although needed to be hotter.

Great all inclusive stay
Posted 21 Jul. 2019 on HotelsJust got back from 6 nights here and it was so good we are looking to go again in September. We stayed all inclusive and found the food lovely and the drinks we were entitled too was a good selection. We were worried as a couple with no children that there would be loads of children here and although it was busy due the size of the hotel it was fine. Lots of activities to do and the position of the hotel meant that the pool had the sun until early evening. Entertainment in the evening was generally good too. The rooms are a little dated but they are clean and there is plenty of storage. The staff were really helpful and friendly too. We had a brilliant time.

Hsyed the cattle like herding at the "buffet " style meals.
Was v busy all the time. Food mass produced and largely tasteless. Quantity over quality. V noisy atmosphere not at all relaxibg .with different items located over a large area. Bit of a scrum really and wuite exhausting
