It’s the little things that matter and the customer service there is excellent! A special thank you to Ashok from the bell service, I hadn’t even got out of the taxi and he saw me and remembered me from my last stay there! On my stay it was a shame they had construction going on as it was quite noisy but when that will be finished it’s one of the best hotels in AUH! I will be back soon! "Comfortable rooms with plenty of space, much larger than we expected. We had an adjoining room with our two teenage children. Staff were friendly and helpful. The free shuttle was really useful. Breakfast had a really good selection to cater for every taste. "
