The best times to go to Al-Rawdah are during the shoulder seasons, specifically from October to November and from March to May.During these months, the weather is more agreeable, with temperatures typically ranging from 20-30°C. This makes exploring the area and performing religious rites much more comfortable than during the scorching summer or the cooler, but often busier, winter months. It's an excellent time for those seeking a balance between pleasant weather and managing crowds. For those prioritising a more tranquil experience, late spring (April-May) can be particularly appealing. The initial post-Ramadan rush has usually subsided, and while it's getting warmer, it's not yet the peak summer heat. This period is ideal for solo travellers or couples who prefer a calmer atmosphere for reflection and prayer without the intense crowds.Conversely, pilgrims who prefer a cooler climate and don't mind larger gatherings might consider December to February. While busier, the temperatures are at their lowest, often around 15-25°C, making daytime activities more comfortable.
