Had a very comfortable stay at Novotel , the room was clean and they were considerate enough to accommodate oiur last minute booking , very conveniently located in the centre of city and also not very far from the airport. I would love to visit next time!

Good location big rooms but service and check in was very slow and the cafe served cakes which seemed to be old If the service and food improved it would be a good hotel to stay in

Mohammed in kitchen was very helpful, all kitchen staff was quick on food delivery to the room and the beef burger is the best i have had.

Front of house staff are really good, decent level of english and very helpful. Accommodating many requests to ensure a smooth stay. We were travelling with a baby and they were very understanding. Breakfast is a little high at 85 SAR pp, however many restaurant options within 10 minute walk of hotel. A very decent hotel. They should have maybe 1 hour allotted to ladies only.

The hotel is neat and convenient location we had some minor issues which were resolved within a fair amount of time, some staff are very helpful, especially MALAK The food was not that good, neither the coffee, better to go out on the streets.

Nice location, room is clean and comfort!

The hotel location is the heart of busy street of Tahlia. Room is spacious, clean and comfort. Only problem is chargeable for early check in, and check out process take more than 20mins waiting. In addition, front car pick up/drop off is not convenient as the entry was built too high from the road, many car cannot enter?

The pool helped entertain the kids. The breakfast was an amazing spread and visually pleasing. I recommend getting the half board or full board option upon making a reservation as the restaurant prices are somewhat expensive. The small ramp at the front of the hotel is horribly designed. Upon arrival or whenever we got a taxi, the vehicle had a hard time getting in because the ramp is steep. The best parts of this hotel are the pool, breakfast, and food options.

The room was spacious and well furnished. Cleaning was conducted daily. However, there were negative issues such as the clearly visible old stains on the carpet and leak from the shower tray. The television channels kept cutting off spoiling the continuity of viewing. Contacting or leaving a message to the guest proved a futile and lengthy exercise requiring the use of a code when they determined wrongly that the guest was not answering. There was ample parking but the back of the hotel area is rundown. The hotel is in need of a complete refurbishment.

This property has seen better days but there is still a lot of potential by simply paying attention to some cleaning. There was a large stain on the curtain in my room which I think really could be easily rectified. Everything else was clean and well presented. All staff were nice (Malek, Heba, Abdulaziz, Saddam and Hala). Restuarant staff were very nice. Some non-compliant guests were smoking in their bedroom but fortunately, it stayed out of my room.

The hotel mentions a shuttle and airport transfers as a service but when I enquired days before I never received a response. Once I booked in they gave several stories regarding having stopped the shuttle. One of the staff approached me afterwards asking if I need a taxi to the airport as he can get someone. False advertising to get you to pay extra to use their connections for transport. You pay a lot to stay at this hotel and then they try con you to use transport that they arrange to make a buck out of you. Not worth it, it’s on a busy main road, rather get a hotel that has amnesties around within walking distance and has a real shuttle service.
